  8. Please briefly describe your project, including locations, heights, lengths and types of fences and retaining walls.

  9. Please scan and upload your fence / retaining wall plan. When preparing your plan, use a dark highlighter and draw the proposed fence/ retaining wall location on a certificate of survey for the property. If you don't have a survey, the City may email or provide a copy to you. If there is no survey for the property, an aerial photo or a sketch drawn to scale will suffice.

    Please note that in addition to the City Permit Fee, the on-line payment system provider charges a 3.95% processing fee.

This application and any issued permit may become null and void if misrepresentation occurs or if work is not commenced within 180 days or is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days. The granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any state or local law.
