On July 1, 2021 Governor Tim Walz ended the State of Emergency for COVID-19 across Minnesota. As a result, the City of Andover has returned to conducting meetings entirely in-person with limited remote participation available only for those individuals making special arrangements with the City prior to the meeting. How to Participate
There are several ways to participate in the public hearing process. You can attend a public hearing in-person at Andover City Hall, or send a letter or email prior to the meeting to be added to the public record. Please send all e-mail comments to email@example.com with the subject line related to the agenda item by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If you wish to watch the meeting and not participate or submit comments, you can watch live on the local government access channel or web stream via QCTV.org.
