COVID-19 Public Hearing Information

Return to In-Person Meetings

On July 1, 2021 Governor Tim Walz ended the State of Emergency for COVID-19 across Minnesota. As a result, the City of Andover has returned to conducting meetings entirely in-person with limited remote participation available only for those individuals making special arrangements with the City prior to the meeting. For more information on upcoming meetings and agenda items please visit the Agenda Center or contact Planning Department Staff. Public hearing information and meeting links will no longer be updated on this page.

How to Participate

There are several ways to participate in the public hearing process. You can attend a public hearing in-person at Andover City Hall, or send a letter or email prior to the meeting to be added to the public record.  Please send all e-mail comments to publiccomments@andovermn.gov with the subject line related to the agenda item by 2:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If you wish to watch the meeting and not participate or submit comments, you can watch live on the local government access channel or web stream via QCTV.org. For more information please contact Planning Department Staff.
