The existing boardwalk in Kelsey Round Lake Park will be replaced. The City received a grant from the DNR to help fund this project. Construction will take place either this fall or during the winter depending upon the contractors schedule. While the boardwalk is under construction portions of the trail system in Kelsey Round Lake Park will be closed to pedestrians.
